Mom’s Green Beans

Mom’s Green Beans

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- Green beans

- Olive oil

- Minced garlic

Directions:

1. Fill pan with enough water to cover beans (though they are not in the pan yet), and bring water to a boil. Add green beans, and cook for approximately 7-8 minutes.

2. Drain beans in a strainer, then run cold water over them.

3. Add olive oil and minced garlic to pan (lightly coat the beans), then turn heat to low.

4. Return green beans to pan to warm them up and coat with olive oil & minced garlic.
