Healthy Trail Mix

- 1 cup almonds, raw

- 2 cups Cheerios

- ¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened

- 1 Tbsp honey, raw

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine almonds, Cheerios, and coconut in mixing bowl with cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Toss to combine.

2. Lay mix onto baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes, tossing mix around at the 6-minute mark.

3. Let mix cool before adding it atop of your favorite yogurt or in a sandwich bag with fresh fruit.
