Spicy Garlic Shrimp Alfredo with Zoodles

Ingredients:

- Olive oil

- 6 tsp minced garlic

- 2.5 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt

- 1 tsp pepper

- 1 tsp paprika

- 6 turkey bacon strips, cooked and chopped

- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized

- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain

- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Pour oil into skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook shrimp on both sides, until cooked through. Using slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to bowl.

2. Toss zucchini into pan, and drizzle with Greek yogurt. Cook just until warm.

3. Top zucchini with shrimp, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon.
