Dry Ingredients:
- ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup Stevia
- 1 serving vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
Do not blend:
- 120 g blueberries, frozen
Turkey Bacon Veggie Frittatas
Yield: 12 mini frittatas
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- ¾ cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup reduced-fat cheese, grated
- ¾ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped (OR 2 cups diced veggies of choice – mushrooms, onions, broccoli, etc.)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
