Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

- 6 chicken tenderloins

- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce, low-sodium

- 1 green onion, chopped

- 2 Tbsp natural nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut)

Directions:

1. In a large storage bag, add Teriyaki sauce, green onion and nut butter. Close bag and massage mixture until nut butter dissolves in sauce. Add chicken and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Preheat grill and remove chicken from bag.

3. Place chicken on skewers and grill, rotating every 5-8 minutes. Cook until no longer pink.
