Banana (B)Oat Muffins

Ingredients:

- 2 medium bananas

- 2 eggs

- 1 ½ tsp baking powder

- ½ tsp baking soda

- ¼ cup brown sugar

- ½ cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray.

2. Blend all ingredients together, except the chocolate chips, until smooth.

3. Add chocolate chips to blended mix. Pour mix into muffin tin.

4. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
