Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain

- ¼ tsp dried mint

- ¼ tsp dried dill

- 2 medium cucumbers

- Crackers (Almond Thins, Wasa Crackers, Coco Lite, Thin Cakes or Reduced-Fat Triscuits)

Directions:

1. Scoop Greek yogurt into cereal or soup bowl. Mix dried mint and dried dill into Greek yogurt.

2. Cut cucumbers lengthwise into six long pieces.

3. Use cucumbers and/or crackers to scoop yogurt dip.
